Industry Steering Group (ISG)
Companies wishing to join the Industry Steering Group should print out and
complete the ISG Application Form (PDF
format). You will be invoiced for the membership fee at the appropriate
rate (see table below). If your company procedures require that
invoices reference an order number please enclose an official company
order or provide an order number when you return the form.

Notes:
- Fee for an individual site of a large organisation is increased by two
levels
- The company providing the official ISG representative pays £250 irrespective
of size
- The EPPIC year runs from 1st June; for companies joining part way through the
year the fee is pro-rated according the number of quarters (including part-quarters)
left to run.
Affiliate Members
Companies may join EPPIC as Affiliate Members by completing the Affilate
Application Form online (click on the link and follow the instructions - applications
will be confirmed by e-mail.
